Saddle Brook Jr. Track and Field Volunteer Coaches

Volunteer Coaching

Volunteer coaching is a fantastic way to make a positive impact in the lives of kids and your community.  Ask any volunteer coach and they'll tell you, we get a lot more in return than what we give.  No experience necessary.  All you need is a desire to be a positive influence.

The more coaches we have available, the better experience we can provide for the kids.  Whatever your experience in this sport, from completely new to competitive, we will find a way to put you in the best position to help the kids, our program, and have lots of fun too.

Prefer not to coach but still want to help?  We could use your volunteer help in multiple non-coaching areas including administrative, fundraising, helping at meets, and many other areas.  It takes a village to run successful programs.

Requirements

Three Requirements

  1. Rutgers SAFETY course
  2. Background Check
  3. Saddle Brook Bullying course

Rutgers SAFETY: Sometimes the town offers these courses in person.  For the latest information on those dates email our rec department @ sbrec@saddlebrooknj.gov

Another option and one that is pretty straight forward is to take the course virtually.  Click on the link below and find the next available date.
